APb sports group

Sport for schools.

"The children look forward to and enjoy the sessions. They work well with school staff; liaising on planning issues and feeding back information about the children’s performance and engagement. There are a range of activities provided and they have become a valuable resource for the school."

Mr Pickering, Headteacher, Martin Primary School, Finchley N12

7.2 The Parent agrees (for and on behalf of the Parent and the Pupil) that any claim by the Parent or the Pupil against APB Sports Group or any coach, employee or agent of APB Sports Group must be brought within 60 days of the event that gave rise to such claim. Any claim made thereafter shall be time-barred.

7.3 The Parent acknowledges, warrants and undertakes (for and on behalf of the Parent and the Pupil) that the maximum aggregate liability of APB Sports Group to the Parent and/or Pupil under these terms shall not exceed the Fee.
